HOW TO CLEAN YOUR X9 PERFORMANCE ACCESSORIES

X9 Performance recommends gently cleaning the exterior surface of X9 Performance keyboards, mice, cables and wires regularly with a 70% alcohol wipe or disinfecting wet wipe. Never spray cleaning solutions directly on the keyboards or mice, instead spray the alcohol or a disinfecting solution on a paper towel or microfiber cloth and use the towel/cloth to wipe down your devices gently and on a regular basis.   Please avoid getting moisture in device ports and openings and never submerge the keyboard, mouse or any X9 Performance electronic devices into water or cleaning solutions.

DO YOUR KEYBOARDS WORK WITH MAC AND PC?

Yes! All X9 Performance keyboards are designed to work with both Mac and Windows operating systems. Simply plug in the USB connection and your keyboard will be recognized automatically. Our wireless models also support Bluetooth connectivity for seamless pairing with laptops, tablets, and other Bluetooth-enabled devices.

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?

All X9 Performance products come with a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If you experience any issues with your product within the warranty period, please contact our support team at support@x9performance.com or call us at 909.230.6788 and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or repair.

HOW DO I CONNECT MY WIRELESS KEYBOARD OR MOUSE?

For USB wireless models, simply plug the included USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer. The device should connect automatically within a few seconds. For Bluetooth models, put the device into pairing mode by pressing and holding the Bluetooth button, then select the device from your computer's Bluetooth settings. Refer to your product's user manual for specific pairing instructions, available on our Manuals & User Guides page.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE RGB LIGHTING ON MY KEYBOARD OR SPEAKERS?

X9 Performance RGB-enabled products feature multiple lighting modes that can be cycled through using the dedicated RGB button or key combination on your device. Depending on the model, you can choose from static colors, breathing effects, rainbow wave, and more. Check your product's user manual for the specific key combination to switch between lighting modes.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@x9performance.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as quickly as possible. Please do not discard the packaging until your claim is resolved.
